You are right that it is all about money: so stop giving him yours. I would
"fire" him and write a letter explaining why, and that you would not
recommend his care to others. Besides, if he is so ignorant on one of the
most basic health care issues - breastfeeding - I would not trust his
expertise anywhere else either.
