I know the Milk Bank in Austin, TX is accepting donations.  I see two
hurdles, (1) the system is for the mother to be screened by phone first and
then begin collecting milk for donation.  Milk collected prior to the phone
screen wouldn't be eligible.  (2) I doubt the Milk Bank could afford to
underwrite the cost of the shipping,  If the mom could afford to ship at her
own expense or could find a "sponsor" to cover the shipping cost they would
probably accept it.  MMBA's # is (512) 494-0800.
