I don't know if this will help:  As far as I know, the contraindication for
Hepatitis B vaccine is true allergy to Bakers yeast which is Saccharomyces
cerevisiae . Candida albicans is the organism involved in up to 80% of thrush
though other Candida species can be involved.  And Candida species is the one
that is part of natural human flora.  So maybe that is the difference.  Or
maybe yeast is yeast is yeast.
