I have worked telephone triage for 13 years.  The best books we have are
the LLLI Breastfeeding Answer Book, and Dr. Hale's Medication and
Mother's Milk.  Then you need nurses interested enough in evidence based
practice to get past their own opinions and myths.  However, I've seen
great improvement since I got by IBCLC.
