Last week I posted a note asking if anyone does hospital charting in the form
of a "care path" with targets to be met at certain intervals from admission
to discharge  A colleague at a new hospital job in New Jersey is looking for
such a form.  I received responses from two other people who are also
looking, in Arizona and in Ohio, but no responses from people using forms.
Well, I know LACTNET has been brimming with much sexier topics than charting
in the last week, so I'm making my request again.  Surely someone has
invented this particular wheel already!
