In the post about this a doctor was quoted as saying the mother with this
condition would not be passing any Vit. D to the baby by BF. The
implication seemed to be that it would not be worth it to BF in the absence
of Vit. D transmission.
But, this is pretty much true for anyone who breastfeeds. Even
supplementation of mothers doesn't appreciably change the low level of Vit.
D in breastmilk. There isn't supposed to be much of it there.
