Carol,
To ship milk at the milk bank we use styrofoam boxes inside cardboard boxes.
We use a company called Texas Foam but your client could probably find a
nearby company to get the boxes from. Another option is to ship in styrofoam
coolers. We FedEx overnigt using dry ice and wrapping each bottle in
newspaper, which is a good insulator. However, some of our donors have had
trouble finding dry ice and have used the freezable plastic packs and as
long as the milk is overnighted it stays frozen.
