This happened several years ago.  Kathleen's publisher chose to sell her
book to that ABM mfg'r.  She learned that provisions in her contract with
her publisher allowed them to do this and she has absolutely NO recourse.
Needless to say, she will never submit a book to that publisher again.  So,
everyone should know this distribution of her book is over her personal
objections, but unfortunately, it is legal.  Moral:  read your publisher's
contract carefully or have an attorney who understands your objectives read
it for you.
