Yesterday I went in to get a repeat mammogram to check out a "shadow" seen on
my first one. The tech took just a bit of history (again) -- age (old),
birthdate, hx of breast cancer in the family (my mother, post menopausal),
was I on HRT, smoke, drink, eat, -- no I guess she could look and me and tell
I ate well -- color (purple) -- nope not that either. Age at which I had my
first baby, and was it before I was 30? Yes, it was.

But she didn't ask about breastfeeding. When I asked her why she didn't
ask, she said because it wasn't on the form (duh...) and she didn't make up
the form. Now, seems to me if it is important to know if my first baby was
born before or after I was age 30, it's important to know whether or not and
how long I breastfed.

Hmmmm. When I chat w/ the OB next, I'll ask her why that isn't on the form.

When any of you all had mammograms, were you asked about bf history?
