Rachael,
I also have about 175 pumps and use the Medela rental books.  I number my
rental books as well as the pages.  Each person then has a number--i.e.
100/20 means that the person is in book #100 on page 20.  I have a current
customer list as well as a master list of all customers.  This has worked
beautifully for me for the past 13 years.
