Sorry to hear that USA's sleep issues are invading your country. While I
do not know of any particular schools here that actually "teach" this, there
are plenty of books on the subject--not to mention grandmas, aunts, etc.
willing to teach too. I agree it is a horrible practice and a shame moms in
any country allow any person -professional or otherwise- to make them feel
their instincts to mother are of no use and indeed a sign of weakness. Just
another way to put the power of womanhood and motherhood in a lower place
than it rightly deserves.

is sure she and her children would fail also. *By the way, my mother is
quick to tell me I slept enough as a teen to not be complaining about not
sleeping a full 8 in 14 years--says I got all I need then for another 5 years
at least.
