While we are exploring herbal alternatives, does anyone know of an herbal
alternative to Ritalin?  I have a client who was taking it until pregnancy
and I see in Hale that it is probably not a good idea while breastfeeding.
I have heard and read of alternative therapies for ADHD but didn't take
notice because I hadn't had cause to consider it with a breastfeeding mother.

I would like to give her suggestions when I tell her that Ritalin doesn't
come off looking very good.
