Just a thought...if this mom weans, does the invitro and it doesn't work,
then she will have two relationships to mourn.  The loss of and pregnancy is
hard enough, but if the toddler turns out to be her last child, then she
will also mourn the loss of her nursing relationship with her little one.  A
tough decision either way.  I agree w/ those who said go for the pregnancy
w/out telling the ob she's still nursing.  My .02.
