Hello everyone,  I am a new LACTNET subscriber and must confess I am not
a lactation professional by any means, so I have kept quiet until now. I
am a mom and a lawyer interested in advocacy on breastfeeding issues.  I
have not posted before, so hopefully I am doing this correctly!

In response to "working mom needs help", where does this mother live?
there are legal issues here as well.  From what you have said, it sounds
as though this mom may have a human rights complaint (in Canada at
least, which is the only jurisdiction I am familiar with). Her union
should also be able to help, if she has one. I know of at least one
American lawyer who is also a LACTNET member, perhaps she would have
some ideas.
