Thanks for the replies I've received so far.  Just to keep everyone updated,
I'm moving to Boston! :) The pay in Boston, so far, is averaging $33/HR!
Everyone else, non-RN and RN are from $13/HR to $28/HR.  The largest number
are in the mid $20 range.  Years of experience seems to have no impact.  The
biggest impact, IMHO, is your particular hospital, and the area it is in.
Please keep sending information.  This is the way all of can increase our
awareness of "what is out there."  And maybe get raises also!
