Re:  Anesthetic gases:

Flurane is probably mispelled. It is most likely Fluothane(Halothane).  It is in
my book and milk levels are incredibly low.

Desflurane is a rapid inductant gas with a half-life of 2.3 minutes.  Sevoflurane
is similar, I could not find its half-life but the patient recoveres in 4-14
minutes.
