How does she gauge the baby only gets 1-2oz? I my own experience, pumping is
more tiring for the breast than nursing and so maybe the mum feedls her
breasts aren't "used" enough after expressing?
Why is the mum expressing and only BF 1x a day?
Is she back at work already?
Maybe this baby just does quite know how to work the breast with having had
so many bottle feeds at only 2 weeks.
Try bathing with the baby and feeding there - any relaxation may help.
I would suggest banning the bottle for a while!

Check latch again!
