I think the yeast subsides and goes into hiding until the next pg and
lactation.  Some of us have seen moms with obvivous yeast right from the
get-go after delivery.  Where did it come from?  Was it there in a
"sub-clinical" form waiting for a chance to blossom?
In hot and humid NJ waiting for August, always our worst yeast month :-(
