Does anyone know of a comparitive chart of breastmilk contents and formula
contents that I could access quickly? I've looked in my resources and can't
find comparitive chart and really want a solid reference to give an MD who
told a mom I'm seeing today that she should supplement her slow-gaining baby
with formula because it has more fat than breastmilk-arrghh! Mom was smart
and didn't do it! I'll send references I have (Human Lactation, Lawrence,
etc) on contents of breastmilk if I can't find comparison but thought it
would really prove to this MD that she's way off base. Thanks! (*Will be
sending this with my written report in a day or two.)
