re: low-dose amitryptiline  for fibromyalgia. I  have mentioned the use of
this previously in the context of treatment of chronic pain syndromes (which
I guess fibromyalgia is). I am treating one woman at the moment who had
continual breast pain even after stopping breastfeeding and has found relief
with 30mg amitryptiline at night. Pain recurred when she stopped. Again only
one case.
re: expressing milk samples with sterile gloves - do you think this is
really necessary? (and are you really sterile gloves?)
