Laura,
I purchased laminated cards several years ago from Geddes Productions, that
calculate the amount of intake for infants from 5 pounds to 20 pounds, and
another calculation for premature infants with the same weights. I use it
often as a visiting nurse to calculate if infants are getting enough. I use
it as a general guide, and show it to the moms.
