AARGH.  The doctor who considers lactational amenorrhea so pathological that
the mother should be taking estrogen supplements has either been subject to
one too many visits from a pill salesperson or slept through all of
gynecologic endocrinology in doctor school.  What's the matter, are the
tampon and pad companies suffering a downturn in sales because BF is on the
rise?  Come ON.  Mother needs another opinion, preferably from someone who
knows something.
