Oh, no she doesn't!  I must say that I managed to rig up the Medela
double pump kit for manual double pumping, which I could set up and
do all by myself.  I admit it wasn't comfortable, as I had to lean
over my lap using pillows to hold the horns over my breasts.  I did
manage for about 48 hours until I secured an electric, although I'm
sure I could have come up with a homemade strap for holding them on
if a pump wasn't in sight.  Something with holes for the back end of
the horns, with an elastic and velcro fastener.
