I doubt that celexa will prove to be less impairing of sexual function than
others that went before it. New drugs are generally introduced and marketed
to not have the major side effects that the earlier drugs did have.  And
then we find they do.

I have not heard of this problem of impaired letdown with SSRI's, except on
lactnet, I mean, not from my patients.  But compression can overcome an
"impaired" letdown.
