Hi Marg
Great to see another Queenslander on Lactnet.
In my experience of IVF babies the majority have been breastfed. I think
the main thing you need to look at is the cause of the infertility.  Lisa
Marasco is doing research on PCOS and its effect on lactation which is
quite interesting.  If you do a search of the lactnet archives for PCOS
you'll find some very interesting information.
In your posting you weren't specific about whether these women have a
primary lactation insufficiency or whether they are choosing not to
breastfeed or whether they 'attempt' to breastfeed and wean soon
afterwards.  Each of these 'reasons' would need a different approach to
find a solution.
