As far as antidepressants are concerned Zoloft and Paxil should be fine
while breastfeeding. The mother's doctor should get up to date. I hate when
I read, "Her Dr. told her he would not prescribe ANY antidepressants until
she weaned.".  That's very unprofessional, given the evidence that these
antidepressants are safe during breastfeeding.
