I agree with the line of thinking re: what other instructions is this
caretaker NOT following?  The fact that baby won't take mom's milk from the
bottle but will take the formula makes me wonder just exactly HOW is this
caretaker handling the EMM that mom provided?  Is she heating, cooling &
reheating?  Shaking it hard to blend in hot spots after microwaving?
Storing an unconsumed remainder, then reheating & trying to feed that?  The
list of "I wonder's" goes on...
