I am hoping someone (Jean Kotterman?) can help me with this query. I
have often read that women should drink to thirst while breastfeeding
but not over drink or force fluids as this can lead to diminished milk
supply. How does this work? What are the body mechanics involved?
Does forcing fluids cause edema not unlike IV's can during labor?
Thanks in advance for any and all help.
