Another hospital I heard about (not mine, unfortunately) purchases their
formula through the pharmacy, which then 'decants' it into no-name pharmacy
containers with their typed instructions on it.
The pharmacy bought whatever brand it wanted to - not sticking to the same
one, so that you never knew what brand you were giving (apart from the
smell!).

This hospital (and mine) require mothers who intend to artificially feed
their infants to bring in their own formula, therefore there was no concern
about the baby swapping from one type to another (is this really a concern?).
